I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. I’ve contacted support a few times, but they just keep giving me the runaround over and over. Really frustrating.

I like OpTic gear, and I’m not trying to bash the store or anything, but the pricing feels a little all over the place. Some of the shirts and hats seem fair, then other stuff feels more expensive than it should be for what you’re getting. Shipping can definitely make it feel worse too. It’s not a bad shop by any means, I just wish the prices were a bit more consistent.

I ordered my usual size, but I ended up getting the wrong size again. It’s frustrating because I was expecting it to be fixed this time, and I don’t know if it’s an issue with the order system or...

Checkout was really simple, and I liked having a few payment options to choose from. I used my card and everything went through quickly without any hassle. my gut feeling was that the process was smooth and reliable, and I didn’t run into any weird payment issues at all

I managed to grab one of the limited hoodies it looks really good in person. Super happy with it. My only gripe is that the sizes sold out ridiculously fast, like I blinked and half of them were gone. Really wish they’d restock more often.

I’ve been an OpTic fan for years, so I finally caved and grabbed a shirt and a sticker pack. That one’s on me because I definitely didn’t need more merch, but the site was easy to use and everything showed up looking just like the photos.

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and I’m blaming the slow tracking updates for making me check my order way too often. Still, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably buy again when they drop something I really like

I’d probably check back when they run more offers. The discount definitely makes the prices feel better, and the site was simple enough to use without making me annoyed.

They did send out a replacement in the end and didn’t make the process too complicated, so I’ll give them credit for that. It worked out fine eventually, but it was slower than it probably should’ve been

The package showed up looking really neat, and nothing inside was damaged at all. i kind of regret worrying about it so much before it arrived.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size hoodie from opticgaming.com, so I had to set up an exchange. it was straightforward — I emailed them, they got back to me with the steps, and there wasn’t really any back-and-forth or confusion.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the replacement took a few days longer to ship than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just... a little slower than expected. The hoodie showed up fine though, and support was nice, so overall I can’t really complain.

I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from customer service. They did eventually help me out, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but the replies felt slow and the whole back-and-forth dragged on a bit. Could definitely be quicker next time.

I was just glad they had what I needed available when I checked. No waiting around, no refreshing the page over and over like I’ve had to do on other sites... Checkout was quick too, which was nice. Nothing fancy, just a smooth and easy experience, so yeah--5 stars from me

I’ve been following OpTic for years now, pretty much back when I used to watch matches on my old laptop while eating whatever was in the fridge. I’m always repping OpTic, and the site has never given me any issues. Everything’s been smooth whenever I’ve used it.
